Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 10 November 2015.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the word “threats” in the second column of item 311, the words “in relation to ships or safe navigation”;
(b)by deleting the word “offences” in the second column of item 313 and substituting the words “acts in relation to ships or safe navigation”; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after Part XIII, the following Part:

with effect from 10 November 2015
