Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 29th December 2008.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6, 2008 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Dunman Road”, the following item:

“East Coast Parkway –– that part of East Coast Parkway towards Changi Airport, after the exit to Fort Road between lamp post No. V38S3 and lamp post No.V38S24. ”.
