(Exemption) (No. 66)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 66) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Super Hot Seat Draw” promotion to be held from 10 November 2015 to 6 December 2015 (both dates inclusive); and

(b)

the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands in 4 sessions daily between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. during the following periods:

(i)	19 November 2015 to 22 November 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(ii)	26 November 2015 to 29 November 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(iii)	3 December 2015 to 6 December 2015 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
