In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 9) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 8 August 2020.

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (No. 2) Notification 2020

2. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (No. 2) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 249/2020) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraphs (b) to (g).

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (CDPL Tuas Dormitory) Notification 2020

3. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (CDPL Tuas Dormitory) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 314/2020) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the semi‑colon at the end of sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting a full‑stop; and
(b)	by deleting sub‑paragraphs (c) to (h).
