Merchant Shipping
(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 213 of the Merchant Shipping Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 31st December 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations (Rg 17) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “LRIT Compliance Certificate” in items 15 and 16 and substituting in each case the words “LRIT Conformance Test Report”; and
(b)	by deleting “$500” under the heading “Fee” in item 15 and substituting “$100”.
