Singapore Tourism (Composition of Offences)
Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Singapore Tourism Board Act, the Singapore Tourism Board, with the approval of Mr S Iswaran, Second Minister for Trade and Industry, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Minister for Trade and Industry relating to tourism, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7 October 2014.
Compoundable offences
2.  Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 19B(3) or (4) or 19F(4), (5) or (6)(c) of the Act may be compounded by the Chief Executive or any officer of the Board authorised by the Chief Executive under section 25A of the Act.
