Active Mobility
(Shared Paths) (Amendment No. 4)
Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 11 October 2019.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part 2 of the First Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 43 and substituting the following item:

“43.	A path (approximately 0.46 kilometre in length) starting at Bedok South Road, running along Bedok South Avenue 2 and ending at New Upper Changi Road.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 54, the following item:

“55.	A path (approximately 0.13 kilometre in length) starting at Bedok South Avenue 2, running along New Upper Changi Road and ending after lamp post 96 at Bedok Community Centre.”.

Amendment of Third Schedule

3. Item 23 of the Third Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“23.

Geylang Park Connector (approximately 4.50 kilometres in length) starting at Guillemard Road (near Grandlink Square), running along both banks of the Geylang River, with the northern bank ending at Mountbatten Road, and the southern bank continuing across Mountbatten Road towards the Marina Reservoir and ending at Tanjong Rhu Bridge flyover.”.
