Telecommunications
(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 28th December 2011.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 706/2005) is amended —
(a)by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (e); and
(b)by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (f) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
“(g)any offence under the Telecommunications (Class Licences) Regulations (Rg 3).”.
