(Revocation) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43V of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations are the Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for Income from Over-The-Counter Derivatives Clearing Services) (Revocation) Regulations 2016.

Revocation

2. The Income Tax (Concessionary Rate of Tax for Income from Over‑The‑Counter Derivatives Clearing Services) Regulations 2007 (G.N. No. S 96/2007) are revoked.
