Estate Agents
(Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Estate Agents Act, the Council for Estate Agencies, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Estate Agents (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 October 2011.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Estate Agents (Fees) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 641/2010) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

10.Estate agent’s licence for an estate agent with any partner performing estate agency work (other than a partner of a limited liability partnership) for —
 
 
(a)a calendar year, or part of a calendar year starting on or before 30 June and ending on 31 December
 
$230 for each partner (in addition to any fee specified in items 5 to 9)
(b)part of a calendar year starting after 30 June and ending on 31 December
 
$115 for each partner (in addition to any fee specified in items 5 to 9)
11.Registration of a salesperson for —
 
 
(a)a calendar year, or part of a calendar year starting on or before 30 June and ending on 31 December

12.Notification by an estate agent of a new or substitute director, partner or key executive officer
 
$100 for each new or substitute director, partner or key executive officer in the notice.
