(Amendment) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) (Amendment) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 13 October 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) (No. 2) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 507/2016) is amended by deleting “2018” and substituting “2021”.
