(Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Public Transport Council Act 1987, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Public Transport Council Act 1987 (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 4 September 2024.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  In the Public Transport Council Act 1987, in the Third Schedule, in sub‑paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), replace “2022” with “2023”.
