(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2014.
2.  Sections 19 and 22 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act 2014 shall come into operation on 15 October 2014.
