Road Traffic (Exemption from
Requirement for Instructor’s Licence)
(Revocation) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51(3) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Road Traffic (Exemption from Requirement for Instructor’s Licence) (Revocation) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 January 2017.
Revocation
2.  The Road Traffic (Exemption from Requirement for Instructor’s Licence) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 663/2011) is revoked.
