(Ministry of Health) (Amendment)
Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Health) (Amendment) Order 2012.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Fees (Ministry of Health) Order (O 45) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b).
Made this 3rd day of December 2012.
