(Welfare Homes) (Cancellation)
Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Destitute Persons Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Destitute Persons (Welfare Homes) (Cancellation) Notification 2019 and is deemed to have come into operation on 12 October 2018.
Cancellation
2.  The Destitute Persons (Welfare Homes) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 71/2012) is cancelled.
