| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the National Registration (Prescribed Institutions) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 January 2017. |
| Prescribed institution |
| 2. Every institution set out in the Schedule is a prescribed institution for the purposes of section 3(4) of the Act. |
