Human Biomedical Research Act 2015
(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  Sections 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 64 of the Human Biomedical Research Act 2015 come into operation on 1 November 2019.
