(Exemption) (No. 70)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 70) Notification 2014.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Super Lucky Slot Seat” promotion to be held from 21 October 2014 to 26 November 2014 (both dates inclusive) (called the relevant period); and
(b)	the draws to be held 3 sessions hourly at the Main Casino Floor (B2M) at Marina Bay Sands as part of that promotion from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on every Tuesday and Wednesday during the relevant period.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
