(Exemption) (No. 67)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 67) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Year End Promotion 2015” promotion to be held from 16 November 2015 to 3 January 2016 (both dates inclusive);

(b)

the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar (Level B1) of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. at 6 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. daily during the following periods:

(i)	20 November 2015 to 22 November 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(ii)	27 November 2015 to 29 November 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(iii)	4 December 2015 to 6 December 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(iv)	11 December 2015 to 13 December 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(v)	18 December 2015 to 20 December 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(vi)	25 December 2015 to 27 December 2015 (both dates inclusive); and

(c)

the “Grand Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar (Level B1) of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. during the following periods:

(i)	1 a.m., 2 a.m. and 10 p.m. on 1 January 2016;
(ii)	10 p.m. on 2 January 2016 and 3 January 2016, respectively.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
