Massage Establishments (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Massage Establishments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Massage Establishments (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 6th December 2004.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Massage Establishments (Exemption) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 582/2004) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a); and

(b)

by deleting the comma at the end of sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“(c)	an occupational therapist who is a member of the Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists,”.
