Estate Agents (Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Estate Agents Act, the Council for Estate Agencies, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Estate Agents (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 19 November 2015.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Estate Agents (Fees) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 641/2010) is amended by deleting the definition of “late application for renewal”.
Deletion of regulation 4
3.  Regulation 4 of the Estate Agents (Fees) Regulations 2010 is deleted.
