Active Mobility
(Pedestrian-Only Paths)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Pedestrian‑Only Paths) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 31 August 2022.
Replacement of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Active Mobility (Pedestrian‑Only Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 253/2018) (called in this Order the principal Order) is replaced with —
Pedestrian‑only paths on public land
3.  Each of the following, being on public land which is not excluded public land, is declared to be a pedestrian‑only path for the purposes of the Act:
(a)if a path does not abut a shared path — a path specified or described in the First Schedule;
(b)if a path abuts a shared path — a path —
(i)specified or described in the First Schedule; and
(ii)demarcated with a continuous red line of 100 millimetres in width;
(c)a path‑connected open space specified or described in the Second Schedule.”.
Renaming of Schedule
3.  In the principal Order, rename the Schedule as the First Schedule.
Amendment of First Schedule
4.  In the First Schedule to the principal Order (as renamed by paragraph 3) —
(a)replace the Schedule reference with —
 
“Paragraph 3(a) and (b)”; and
(b)after item 24, insert —
25.Any path that —
(a)is within MacRitchie Reservoir Park; and
(b)is not within the Central Catchment Nature Reserve.
26.Any path within the Family Bay Area of Lower Seletar Reservoir Park that is delineated by the black‑coloured lines in the map set out below.
27.The fishing jetty, commonly known as the Fishing Deck, in Lower Seletar Reservoir Park.
28.The floating boardwalk and bridge, commonly known as the Sengkang Floating Wetland (approximately 0.25 kilometre in length), that connects Sengkang Sports Centre to Sengkang Riverside Park.
29.The elevated circular lookout deck, commonly known as the Clementi Ring, starting at Ulu Pandan Park Connector and ending at the footpath along Clementi Road.
30.The elevated boardwalk, commonly known as the Pang Sua Pond Boardwalk (approximately 0.45 kilometre in total length) (situated in Mukim No. 14), as delineated by the black‑coloured lines in the map set out below.
31.The elevated concrete path (approximately 0.55 kilometre in length) starting at the Marina Barrage Central Courtyard, running along the outer perimeter of the Green Roof and ending at the concrete wall near the Solar Park.
32.The elevated concrete path (approximately 0.48 kilometre in length) starting at the Marina Barrage Central Courtyard, running along the inner perimeter of the Green Roof and ending at the point where it intersects with the part of Marina Barrage that is adjacent to Gardens by the Bay South.
33.A path at Changi Beach Park (approximately 3.5 kilometres in length) starting at Telok Paku Road and ending at Aviation Park Road.
34.A path at Changi Bay Park Connector (approximately 3.5 kilometres in length), part of the Round Island Route, starting at Changi Beach Park and ending at Tanah Merah Coast Road.
35.A path at Coastal Park Connector (approximately 8 kilometres in length) starting at Changi Beach Park Carpark 7, running along Changi Coast Road (beside the Changi Airport runway) and ending at East Coast Park Area H.
36.A path at East Coast Park (approximately 14.5 kilometres in length) starting at Changi Coast Walk, across Fort Road via a cycling bridge and ending at Rhu Cross.
37.A path at Pasir Panjang Park (approximately 0.5 kilometre in length) starting at Jalan Pelepah and ending at Pasir Panjang MRT.
38.A path at Pasir Panjang Park (approximately 2.2 kilometres in length) starting at Pasir Panjang MRT station along Harbour Drive and ending at West Coast Park.”.
New Second Schedule
5.  After the First Schedule to the principal Order (as renamed by paragraph 3), insert —

Paragraph 3(c)
1.The path‑connected open space in the Family Bay Area of the Lower Seletar Reservoir Park that is shaded in black colour in the map set out below.
