(Deposit Insurance) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(4) of the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes (Deposit Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 January 2017.
Amendment of regulation 10
2.  Regulation 10(1) of the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes (Deposit Insurance) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 239/2011) is amended by deleting “CPFMS” and substituting “CPFRS”.
