Infectious Diseases (Quarantine)
(Amendment) Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 January 2018.
Amendment of Sixth Schedule
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Sixth Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$10” and substituting “$17.50”.
