(Amendment No. 3) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 31 August 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. In paragraph 3(3) of the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018), after sub‑paragraph (aa), insert —

“(ab)

if the path abuts on a pedestrian‑only path, is demarcated with a continuous red line of 100 millimetres in width;”.
