Financial (Amendment)
Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Financial Procedure Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Financial (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2013.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Financial Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “the Registrar of the Supreme Court” in the definition of “Accounting Officer” and substituting the words “the Chief Executive, Judiciary Administration and Operations of the Supreme Court”.
