Sale of Food
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50(3) of the Sale of Food Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Sale of Food (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 February 2018.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Sale of Food (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting the words “Food Establishments” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “Non‑Retail Food Business”.
