(Amendment) Rules 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114A(1) and 140 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Expressways — Excluded Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2023 and come into operation on 16 February 2023.

Amendment of rule 4

2. In rule 4(2)(a)(i) and (b)(i) of the Road Traffic (Expressways — Excluded Vehicles) Rules 2010 (G.N. No. S 647/2010), replace “http://www.onemotoring.com.sg” with “https://onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/”.
