Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(3) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2015 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 November 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Item 13 of paragraph A of the First Schedule to the Income Tax Act is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“

13. MediShield Life Fund

Act 4 of 2015

”.
