Business Registration
(Amendment) Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(2)(d) of the Business Registration Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Business Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Business Registration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “$10 per transaction” in item (9) and substituting the words “$11 per form”.
