Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 March 2016.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Item 3 of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended by renumbering the existing item in the second column as item (1), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“(2) Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Ltd”.
