(Composition of Offences) (Amendment)
Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Healthcare Services Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Healthcare Services (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 2 February 2024.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Healthcare Services (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 618/2023), in regulation 2, after paragraph (o), insert —

“(oa)

any offence (including a continuing offence) under regulation 44(1) of the Healthcare Services (Nursing Home Service) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 849/2023);”.
