Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 61) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Tan Jun Ho (NRIC No. S8801803F) (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Sole Superior Singapore 2013” event to be held on 30th November 2013 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the draw to be held on 30th November 2013 at 6 p.m. at Zouk Singapore.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
