Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2018 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 514/2014) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 264, the following item:

“265.
