Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 18th November 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng” in the third column of item 1 and substituting the name “Mr Teo Ming Kian”;
(b)by deleting paragraph (a) in the second column of item 2 and substituting the following paragraph:
(a)Timescale officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Public Service Division or the National Security Co-ordination Secretariat.”;
(c)by deleting paragraph (d) in the second column of item 2;
(d)by deleting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng” in the third column of item 2;
(e) by deleting the paragraph in the second column of item 3 and substituting the following paragraphs:
(a)Timescale officers in any of the Services (other than those in the Administrative Service) holding posts in any security agency.
(b)Timescale officers in any of the General Services holding posts in the Prime Minister’s Office (excluding the Public Service Division and the National Security Co-ordination Secretariat), the Cabinet Office, the Istana or Parliament.
(c)Timescale officers who are Staff of Parliament.”;
(f)by deleting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng” in the third column of item 3 and substituting the name “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean”; and
(g) by deleting the name “Mr Peter Ho Hak Ean” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Teo Ming Kian”.
