Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall, with the exception of paragraph 3, come into operation on 18th November 2005.
(2)  Paragraph 3 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st September 2004.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order (O 3) is amended by deleting the words “Prime Minister’s Office” and substituting the words “Public Service Division”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards) Order is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Ministry of Community Development and Sports” wherever they appear in item 2 and substituting in each case the words “Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after the words “Ministry of the Environment” wherever they appear in item 7, the words “and Water Resources”.
