(Dealers) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Telecommunications Act, the Info‑communications Development Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Dealers) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 November 2014.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  Item 1 of the Fifth Schedule to the Telecommunications (Dealers) Regulations (Rg 6) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
