(Restriction of Speed on Roads)
(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 1 September 2020.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Tuas South Avenue 9 — that part of Tuas South Avenue 9 between Tuas South Avenue 6 and Tuas South Avenue 3.”, the following item:

“Tuas South Boulevard.”.
