(Prescribed Offence under section 127A)
(Amendment) Rules 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offence under section 127A) (Amendment) Rules 2021 and come into operation on 30 September 2021.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offence under section 127A) Rules (R 44) is amended by deleting the words “section 127B(4)” and substituting the words “section 127B(6)”.
