Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas)
(Amendment) Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 1 December 2015.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Item (10) of the First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
“(10)  Airport Logistics Park of Singapore
  All that area comprised in Lots 4359P, 4350A, 4200K, 4565M, 4112N, 4269V, 4285W, 4837A, 4360W, 4836T, 4348K, 4110A, 4111K, 4274T and 4793V and part of Lot 4795T in Mukim No. 31 (Changi) occupied by “AIRPORT LOGISTICS PARK OF SINGAPORE — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 279,934 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
  The boundary commences at a point 39,618.821 metres North and 47,009.438 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, and the boundary runs along successive lines of coordinates approximately as follows:

3.  Plan X of the Second Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification is deleted and the following Plan substituted therefor:

”.
