Immigration (Authorised Places of
Entry and Departure, and Rates)
(Amendment No. 2) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 1 November 2019.
Amendment of Part I of First Schedule
2.  Part I of the First Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012) is amended by deleting item 10 of Division 1.
Amendment of Part II of First Schedule
3.  Part II of the First Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 is amended by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following item:
 
“2.Raffles Marina,
10 Tuas West Drive
 
Users of any pleasure craft or yacht
 
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.”.
