(Revocation) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles, Bus Chartering) (Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 18 December 2017.

Revocation

2. The Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles, Bus Chartering) (Exemption) Order (O 1) is revoked.

Transitional provision

3. An application made under paragraph 2(2) of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles, Bus Chartering) (Exemption) Order is to be treated as an application made under rule 58(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Rules (R 14).
