Conveyancing and Law of Property
(Conveyancing) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73D of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 1 December 2015.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 391/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 9, the following item:

“10.	Malayan Banking Berhad (company registration no. S60FC1376L)”.
