Legal Service
(Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 111AA (1), (2) and (8) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st December 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Legal Service (Personnel Boards) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 654/2007) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the name of the member “Mr Steven Chong” in the second column of item 1, the name “Justice Chao Hick Tin”;
(b)by deleting the name of the member “Dr Philip Pillai” in the second column of item 1;
(c)by inserting, immediately above the name of the member “Justice V K Rajah” in the second column of item 2, the name of the member “Justice Chao Hick Tin”;
(d)by deleting the name of the member “Dr Philip Pillai” in the second column of item 2 and substituting the name “Judicial Commissioner Tan Siong Thye”; and
(e)by deleting the name of the member “Mr Tan Siong Thye” in the second column of item 2.
