Conveyancing and Law of Property
(Conveyancing) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73D(1), (2) and (3) of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 5 November 2018.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Item 10 of the Second Schedule to the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 391/2011) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“10.	Maybank Singapore Limited (company registration no. 201804195C)”.
