In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Home Team Science and Technology Agency Act 2019, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Home Team Science and Technology Agency Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. The Home Team Science and Technology Agency Act 2019 comes into operation on 1 December 2019.
