| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 September 2020. |
| Amendment of regulation 20A |
| 2. Regulation 20A of the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 569/2012) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Work Injury Compensation Act (Cap. 354)” in paragraph (a), the words “in force before 1 September 2020, the Work Injury Compensation Act 2019 (Act 27 of 2019)”. |
| Amendment of Part III of Fourth Schedule |
3. Part III of the Fourth Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended —

| Amendment of Part I of Fifth Schedule |
| 4. Paragraph 9 of Part I of the Fifth Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Work Injury Compensation Act”, the words “in force before 1 September 2020 or the Work Injury Compensation Act 2019”. |
