(Exemption in Respect of
Voluntary Contributions) (Revocation)
Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Exemption in Respect of Voluntary Contributions) (Revocation) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 30th December 2011.

Revocation

2. The Central Provident Fund (Exemption in Respect of Voluntary Contributions) Order (O 4) is revoked.
