Parks and Trees
(Amendment) Regulations 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Parks and Trees Act, the National Parks Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Parks and Trees (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 27th January 2013.

Amendment of regulation 8

2. Regulation 8(3) of the Parks and Trees Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “the Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) Order 2012 (G.N. No. S 222/2012) and the Schedule to the Public Order (Unrestricted Area) Order 2012 (G.N. No. S 223/2012)” and substituting the words “the Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 31/2013) and the Schedule to the Public Order (Unrestricted Area) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 30/2013)”.
